Cookie Policy

Last updated 2026-08-20

This page explains the cookies and browser storage the Gymsly web app uses. The Gymsly Admin and Member mobile apps use on-device storage. Analytics cookies (below) also cover PostHog, which replaces Microsoft Clarity for product analytics and masked session replay.

Necessary: always on

These keep the app functioning and cannot be switched off; they don't require consent under GDPR.

Analytics: opt-in

We use Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand feature usage and improve the product. They set cookies/identifiers in your browser and are only loaded after you accept analytics in the cookie banner (or via Cookie preferences below). You can change your choice at any time.

Your choice

Use the cookie banner shown on first visit, or open Cookie preferences from this page or any footer, to accept or decline analytics cookies. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser settings, though this may affect sign-in.
